3. Agree the minutes of the meeting held on 16 September 2021
4. Orleton Flood Resilience – Consider the process for establishing a new working flood group, including development of an annual plan, working with public authorities such as the Environment Agency, highway authority and water authority, raising awareness of the responsibilities of riparian owners, obtaining insurance for the agreed activities in the plan and agree next steps
5. Invitation to members of the public to address the council (limited to 15 minutes)
6. Receive report on Herefordshire Council from Ward Cllr. Bowen
7. Reports on meetings attended by parish councillors
8. Consider proposal from Shropshire Housing for adoption of the public open space in the development opposite the school

11. SIDs – Consider quotation for two new posts with 5mm wall thickness for the retro-fitted SIDs
12. Proposal to request street lighting is turned off during the early morning in order to reduce light pollution and conserve resources
13. Review proposed locations for planting of bulbs and wildflowers, the process for obtaining a cultivation licence from the highway authority and agree next steps
14. Consider next steps on matters raised in the Village survey
15. Raising awareness and interest in parish council meetings and activities – Consider recommendations from working group and agree next steps

17. Consider report from community group set up to purchase the Orleton shop and post office.
