NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ORLETON PARISH COUNCILLORS ARE SUMMONED TO AN EXTRAORDINARY PARISH COUNCIL MEETING AT 7.30PM ON THURSDAY 25 AUGUST 2022 AT THE VILLAGE HALL

  3. Approve the minutes of the meetings held on 16th June 2022, 5th July 2022 and 18th August 2022.
  4. Invitation to members of the Public to address the Council (limited to 15 mins, three mins per person).

  9. Review and agree Procedures and timetable for the adoption of the 23/24 precept.

  12. Update on Defibrillator installation and purchase of spares.
  13. Consider the issue of Road Safety at Ashley Moor junction and at Comberton.
  14. To appoint two working parties of at least three councillors to review urgently all Standing Orders, governance, and policy documents and make recommendations to the Parish Council.
  15. To appoint the Chairman and Vice Chairman to undertake a review of the workload, working hours, performance and training of the Parish Clerk and make recommendations to the Parish Council.
  16. To consider the request for a Grant of £2,200 towards the maintenance of St George’s Churchyard.
  17. To express thanks to Martin Bradford for his work to refurbish the footpath noticeboard
