211884 Land to the North West of, Kings Road, Orleton – Application for variation of condition 2 of planning permission 180517 (Proposed 39 dwellings with associated access, parking and landscaping). To allow new proposed master site plan along with updated house types and garages and updated drainage. LPG storage tank area.

220410 Ye Olde House, Kitchen Hill Road, Orleton, SY8 4HN – The Scots Pine conifer concerned is one of a pair in the garden. One tree has started to badly die back with the top 10-20 foot section now dead. This has progressed badly in the last year and a tree surgeon has advised that emergency felling is required due to the progressing disease, its position and possible root lift. Our neighbours in Deacons Cottage are also concerned, due to its height and position, ifit were to fall in their house direction. The proposed work is the compete felling of the diseased tree as a matter of urgency. It is proposed to replace with a fruit tree.

220104 Agricultural building adjacent Spout House, Green Lane, SY8 4JG – An application to determine if prior approval is required for the proposed conversion of former agricultural building into one smaller dwellinghouse

i) Update on application for new bank account and proposal to complete account transfer forms to switch to new bank

iii) Consider invitation to apply for a drainage grant from the highway authority
